We are one week closer to the upcoming break and I am sure you can tell that your students are a little excited. This week we spent moving up in the writing world to the mature, and scary word, ESSAYS. We focused on organization of the essays and wrote our introduction paragraphs. We will begin typing them next week.
Reminders:
- Very important reminder that we have our READING SHOWCASE on December 17th! We would love to see you all there and celebrate the reading accomplishes from 6-7 PM
- Reading Book Assignments are due on the 15th, you may email me the videos or links to videos at my school email. (amandabelker@mail.ozark.k12.mo.us) or share it with me on google.
- Friday the 18th is Christmas Wear Day! Ugly sweaters welcome
- We will be having a party in class and treats are welcome!
- Friday with the celebration comes snacks- you are more than welcome to bring snacks for the class. The party will be at the end of the day.
Robotics- We started building and programming and are well on our way to our tournament on January 30th more information to come!
